Dulce Neves Visual Artist

I am Dulce Maria Neves, your visual artist, I have been in the beauty industry for more than thirty years, from Edmonton, to Dallas, to London, to Manchester, to Barcelona, I've studied and learnt from the best, I can never stop evolving and I always keep in trend with the ultimate techniques and innovations, for the longest time I had Creations Plus Hair Design, but now it's time to move on and I became a visual artist working only by appointment, I keep a selected group of loyal clients that trust me with their image and let me reinvent them whenever they need. If this is what you would like to have in your hairstylist or image consultant, just write me a message or give me a call, and we will discuss where you are and where you want to go. I also visit salons and academies to give workshops and staff training, if you are interested in these services, please contact me for availability and rates. Trendy looks, avant guard techniques, special occasion make overs or whatever the client can imagine I try to bring to life.
