Duffin Cove - Tofino Ocean Front Lodging

Duffin Cove Resort was originally built in the 1950's. The Resort retains many of its original authenticities, with the exception of the six-plex building which was an addition in the 1970's. Two rustic and fully equipped Quonset Style Cabins are located directly on the beach and are accessed by a set of stairs leading from the main property. These two cabins can each accommodate up to 6 guests. With a queen bed, two singles and a pull out couch. They are fully equipped with kitchen and a wood-burning fireplaces. These cabins are part of the original resort development. It is unlikely that the District of Tofino would allow any new development at this location given the proximity to the ocean. The four-plex has 4 one-bedroom suites, each with a queen bed and a double sofa pull out couch. With a face lift of all four rooms, there are flat screen televisions, new paint, and brand new beds and linens. Ocean views are available from three of the suites, while the fourth suit is situated at garden level with limited ocean views. The six-plex has breath taking ocean views, and are located above the beach. Only a short walk from the main office, each unit has a queen bed and a single bed pull out couch. The units are arranged with three rooms on the main level and three on the second level, all rooms with a private balcony. The main office building includes a managers suite and a large 2-bedroom guest suite. With a queen bed, two double beds and a double sofa pull out couch. With a 13 room resort we have beach access and 2 barbecue's and a crab-pot available to all customers any time of the year. Do not worry! All of our rooms are pet-friendly with many little nooks around the resort to enjoy a picnic lunch or even a nice little fire on the beach.
