With its sheer size and diversity the venture has the potential to create thousands of new jobs, and increase tourism and tax dollars tremendously for Manitoba. The creation of Centerport and all the new roadways and infrastructure initiated by it, will encourage and assist in bringing foreign businesses to Winnipeg for a better portion of DreamScape Winnipeg retail shopping and restaurant needs. Located at a strategic location in Winnipeg, Manitoba The DreamScape Winnipeg project is primed to become Winnipeg’s premier attraction! Within 24 months the ground will be breaking on this LEED-Certified state of the art development project. Of the hundreds of acres planned for development, approximately 400 acres will be enclosed under one continuous super structure roof, making this an exemplary engineering marvel on its own. Not only will this world class facility provide multifaceted recreational services, it will also operate under a mandate to limit its potential environmental footprint. To do this we are adapting creative sustainable solutions for heating, cooling, water management, power and resource recycling. At its completion, DreamScape Winnipeg will be on a par with the world’s best destination spots, with major offerings under one-roof. The Winnipeg area will prosper with a facility that appeals to both the local clientele and attracts global tourism. We believe that DreamScape Winnipeg will serve to fill a long-standing gap in the community. The project would be built in stages and would take approximately five to six years to complete from start of construction.
