David Hamilton - Greater Calgary Group

David moved to Calgary from Hamilton, Ontario and began working construction for the better part of a decade. He made the leap from sales to real estate under the mentorship of Warren Hansen. Starting his first year in the industry as an inside sales associate, Dave quickly fell in love with all aspects of the profession and got his license. From where he began and with joining The Greater Calgary Group, Dave has had the privilege of being trained and inspired by some of the top Realtors in Western Canada. Dave finds his passion in representing buyers, sellers and investors in the residential market. Using his years in construction to help buyers find a well-built home, Dave proactively addresses details of a sale before they become issues, with a commitment to making the purchase or sale of his clients’ home as smooth as possible. Residing with his wife and new daughter in South Calgary, Dave enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends and thrives most in the company of others.
