Curlie Cues for a Cause

In March of 2011 while watching Telemiracle with my then 5 year old daughter she turned to me and asked if she could donate her allowance for that week to Telemiracle. After composing myself I called and she donated her $5.00 allowance. She then turned to me and told me she was going to donate her allowance every week to Telemiracle. This allowance she has been putting into a fund to travel to Disneyland with when she is a bit older so I suggested we come up with an idea for her to raise money. Later that evening while making Curlie Cues for herself she told me that there were lots of people who liked her Curlie Cues and inquired if she could make and sell them for Telemiracle...and so Curlie Cues for a Cause was created. After getting quite a bit busier than she originally thought she would she recruted 2 friends, Makenna Fluker (age 11 when started) and Nevaeh Folbar (age 7 when started). To date they have beat the original goal of $100.00 by over 20 times and there is no stopping what these girls can do!
