CrossFit Morden is opening this Fall, 2016! What is CrossFit? Here's a great video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mlVrkiCoKkg CrossFit is the sport of fitness. It is a tested and proven fitness training program that is suited for all ages and abilities. All of CrossFit’s workouts are based on constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Functional movements are the core movements of life, found everywhere, and built naturally into our DNA. They move the largest loads the longest distances so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest amount of time (intensity). We squat, run, jump, lift, throw.
