CrossFit Moncton Kids

CrossFit Moncton Kids combines gymnastics/body weight movements and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills: flexibility, stamina, strength, cardio-respiratory endurance, power, speed, agility, balance, accuracy and coordination. The elements are incorporated and combined to develop bone density, the vestibular system, and proper movement technique, as well as to keep children engaged and entertained teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. It is imperative to pair fitness and FUN, to create a lifelong love of health and fitness. The same broad, and inclusive strength and conditioning program that YOU have come to LOVE (or dread, depending on the workout) but with scaled load and intensity and a LOT MORE FUN (and games) for your 6-12 year old child(ren)!! CrossFit Moncton Kids is a program that delivers fitness and increased strength to kids at all levels of athleticism in a fun, supportive environment.
