Cressey Development Group has developed thousands of residential homes and dynamic commercial spaces. Incorporated in 1969, the early years were focused primarily in the area of multi- family residential development within the Metro Vancouver region. However, throughout the past decade, we have diversified by developing numerous retail, office, hotel, industrial and mixed-use projects in a variety of geographic markets throughout British Columbia, Alberta and Washington State. Cressey continues to raise the bar on all new communities finding new efficiencies, technologies and designs to make living better. The famous Cressey Kitchen is one example of how focus, commitment and never settling can lead to great rewards. With attention to detail we constantly reinvent the kitchen whether it be our most famous walk-through style extending the typical condo kitchen, building in key details and features for maximum utility or partnering with other industry leaders like Armony Cucine. This attitude has lead to great kitchens, efficient and livable floorplans, technologies such as geothermal heating and cooling, sustainable practices and a myriad of details to ensure the highest quality homes are designed and built. For our efforts we have been acknowledged by our peers and received several awards including the Canadian Home Builders Association of British Columbia for Best Townhome Community, Best Kitchen, Best Mid-Rise Multi-Family Development, Best Mixed Use Development, Best Resort Development, Best Interior Design, Best High-Rise Development, and Excellence in the development of the Urban Environment along with others.
