Since Courtenay Computer Repair has no commercial location, our costs are less than other computer shops so our rates are also less than other computer shops. We always find the best prices on parts and various other products and will never try to sell you things that you don’t need or want. Parts and services are guaranteed for 30 days. Used parts are not guaranteed. As well as onsite service we also offer pick-up and drop-off computer repairs, custom computers, website development, cost reduction strategy development, and computer recycling with free pickup. It is possible to set up an service call outside of regular business hours if it is very urgent, at that point the after hours rates would apply. Our rates are as follows: Residential: Hourly rate: $30 per hour $50 per hour after hours Military (Must present valid military I.D.) /Senior (60+ with I.D.): $22.50 per hour $35 per hour after hours Business: Hourly Rate: $45 per hour $70 per hour afterhours Non-Profit (Must provide proof): $22.50 per hour $35 per hour after hours Travel Charges: Inside Courtenay City: FREE Outside Courtenay: 30 cents per Kilometer
