Cornerstone Yoga Collective

The Cornerstone (or foundation stone) concept is derived from the first stone set in the construction of a masonry foundation, important since all other stones will be set in reference to this stone, thus determining the position of the entire structure. We truly believe that Yoga is the cornerstone of a healthy life, with a consistent practice building a strong and aligned foundation within oneself. This foundation will then set the practitioner up for continual success in their day to day routine. We founded Cornerstone Yoga Collective in 2016 as a means to reach out to the community, sharing our passion for yoga in the forms of workshops, retreats, private classes, group classes, and corporate classes. Our teachers will lead you through a practice to calm your mind while stretching, strengthening, and toning your body. We bring Yoga classes to you in your home, workplace, or wherever you would like to practice! We look forward to meeting you!
