Colborne Associates - Judgment Recovery

Colborne Associates is your partner for recovering the money that's owed to you. Whether it's a monetary judgment from the Small Claims Court, a Landlord & Tenant Board order or Ministry of Labour/Ontario Labour Relations Board action, our professional staff will use every means to recover your money. Colborne Associates is a Canadian company located in beautiful London Ontario. This central location positions us to easily access many Southwestern Ontario courthouses, which is our general area of business at this time. This area includes the courthouses in the following cities: Chatham, Leamington, Listowel, London, Sarnia, St Thomas, Windsor and Woodstock. If you are not in this general area, no worries, give us a call. We can initiate proceedings out of any courthouse in Ontario. Each case is unique and we will want to know some details about your judgment to determine whether it is worth pursuing. This is a confidential, no cost assessment taking just 5 - 10 minutes of your time. You will not be charged an application fee nor will you be required to cover any upfront expenses. We purchase the judgment from you for a percentage of anything that we are eventually able to recover from the debtor. This is sometimes called 'contingency collections'. We aggressively pursue the debt through all legal and ethical means available, and we are only paid if we are successful. If for any reason we are not successful, there is no cost or risk to you at all. All expenses and legal costs incurred in the enforcement of your judgment are advanced by us. There is never an up-front charge of any kind! Please visit our website and if you still have questions feel free to call our friendly staff or email so we can be of help.
