Residential detached 24x26 garage fitted as a photography studio available for rent starting September 1st 2012. Facility includes: (4) Ceiling mounted studio strobes 17x8ft south facing semi-transparent door provides amazing afternoon natural light in summer and winter. Several backdrops pre-hung. White, grey, black, brown, chromakey green and blue, neutral wall with medium wood floor. Other stands and reflectors available. Victorian sofa and queen sized bed included in rental. (bring your own bedding) Kitchenette with full sized fridge, sink and kurig coffee maker, coffee and tea supplied. Full bathroom with shower stall, towels provided. In-floor heating. Projector for viewing appointments (coming soon). Parking for up to 3 vehicles in back with additional parking available upon request. Props are available for use for small fee. Can accommodate small motorcycles (crotch rockets). How cool is that! Free training nights and paid individual training sessions available for beginners.
