Ensemble et avec l'appui de leur communauté, ils relèvent le défi de mettre sur pied leur entreprise de type coopératif afin de se créer un emploi dans leur localité. Ces jeunes offrent de nombreux services à la communauté. Les jeunes des coopératives jeunesse de services se dotent d'une structure décisionnelle coopérative et se répartissent les tâches et responsabilités afférentes à la gestion de leur coopérative et aux services qu'ils choisissent d'offrir à leur communauté.
