I am here to help guide you through the real estate buying and selling process. My goal is to take what can be a taxing experience and make it exciting and stress-free! I grew up in Nova Scotia and developed a strong background in the Halifax real estate market working in commercial appraisal. I'm a stickler for details, which I believe is paramount to a successful transaction. If you have a question (or more!), just ask; I am a strong proponent of educating my clients about all aspects of the transaction process. We're in this together! I am also available for commercial consulting. My specific knowledge about single- and multi-tenant investment analysis (using Argus DCF software and Microsoft Excel) along with experience reviewing commercial leases can make your work (and life!) easier. When I'm not helping my clients with real estate sales, you can find me with my dog at one of our great off-lease parks, at Mayflower Curling Club (hopefully buying a beer for my opponents who have just come off a loss), or in the west end of Halifax doing home renovations!
