CanSoc

Political Organization in Ottawa, ON · See Political Organization throughout Ontario

Cansoc is satirically modified from George Orwell's Ingsoc from his novel 1984. It is not a hate group but one that values common sence and a return of being and acting like a free thinking adult! We openly mock big government, political correctness and being forced to think by outside means (Doublethink). Saying this we also believe in respect (that of it being earned not forced), upholding the law, the fight against totalitarianism and the right of one of our most cherished rights, freedom of speech. We must put a stop to Newspeak! Our political stance is centre-right with a dashing of libertinism for fun. Thoughtcrime (racism, bigotry and the usual derogatory and inflammatory remarks) will be deleted / reported to the Thought Police (Thinkpol). If you know some one who might enjoy this group ask them to join if you find it offensive feel free to leave your opinion so we may openly mock you in the comment section. All hail Big Brother!
