Camp Baturyn

Sports/Recreation/Activities in Eastman, QC · See Sports/Recreation/Activities throughout Quebec

Camp Baturyn is a PLAST Ukrainian Scouting campground near Montreal, QC. Founded in the 1950s by Montreal's Ukrainian diaspora, it quickly became a place for the community to escape Montreal's hot summers, and for youth to learn the core principles and skills of scouting. In the sixty years since, Ukrainian-Canadians have worked and played in it's forests, streams, and lake, while generation after generation of PLAST scouts have grown up with Baturyn as a second home.
