I offer the following services Meal preparation: In-home delicious, nutritious meals for today and extra for the freezer, including food prep for quick and fresh meals. I can shop for ingredients and use those you have on hand. Housework:Using earth friendly supplies, I can clean your home, tidy and organize cluttered areas. Gardening:I am a certified Organic Master Gardener, I will help you grow organic food, herbs and flowers. I will preserve your food for the winter and can teach you how. Companionship:I am a compassionate sensitive person with a lively spirited personality, and can relate to seniors and shut-ins. Special Events Support:I will help you with your weddings, reunions, workshops, retreats and more in the capacity you need support with. I have an Industrial First Aid Certificate and can provide clean criminal record documentation. Excellent references available upon request.
