Believe in your Community and so will others. I have made a huge financial commitment to open my very own Buckingham Office here in Amherstburg because I Believe that is where you need me to be. MY AMHERSTBURG OFFICE Because of folks like you I opened my new office in Amherstburg in May 2009 and still made the "TOP 10" salesman list at Buckingham Realty (Windsor) Ltd. 2 years running I have 3 sales people, Laurie Arruda, Scott Hodgins and Brian Peterson who have joined my team and room for just 2 more. The whole purpose of opening here in Amherstburg (even though the economy is suffering) was to show you my commitment to this area and it's real estate needs. I wanted to be right here when you need me. I was born and raised in this town and it has been home for me for 57 years. For 17 of my 31 years in the real estate business I managed a real estate company in Windsor. For the other 14 years I have made a commitment to helping you, your families and friends with all their real estate needs in the Amherstburg and surrounding areas. With the help of a great company like Buckingham that has been located in the city for over 40 years I am now able to help you any where in the greater Windsor/Essex County community. ONE STOP SHOPPING My new office is equipped with all the latest state of the art equipment. I won't have to choose homes for a client to see. We can shop together with just a click of a button. My Prospecting program will automatically look everyday for that special home that someone is looking for so my clients will be the 1st to know when it hits the market. YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT We all know that our economy is struggling and it is getting tougher and tougher to make a buck today. I feel very blessed on how well I have done since my return to selling homes. I could not have done any of this without all the help folks like you have given me. I promise you this, if you will continue to give me this great support with your referrals as you have up till now, I will continue to give them the service you have come to expect from me. These are trying times and your friends, relatives and referrals deserve to get what they are paying for. I will help them achieve their real estate goals and always go the extra mile to help in any way I can.
