The Bowen Island Dog Ranch is an ideal rural boarding setting close to Vancouver where dogs are happiest, in a paradise of forest and trails where they're able to be out in the wilderness for long periods of time each day. With a structured daily routine of supervised play and naps, meals and more play, a happy dog is a healthier dog. And of course they get lots of rubs and affection from all the Ranchers as well. Our heated boarding building has separate rooms of various sizes each with solid walls and a gate through which they can see their neighbours. Each room is outfitted with bedding and fresh water. The design of our rooms ensures a safe environment and private time for each dog as they get a lot of stimulation at the Dog Ranch and naps are very important to maintain a balanced environment. After a mid-evening potty and playtime with our loving professional staff, gentle music plays after they're all tucked into bed.
