Back to basics pretty much sums up what we’re about. Commercialization focuses on profits and making as many products, to sell to as many people, with as little cost as possible. The ingredients in many beauty and household products seem to be causing more health problems than they are helping. Some pollute the environment when they are manufactured and others when they are used. We thought there had to be a better way. Natural substances are powerful alternatives to many commercial products. Turning to nature allowed us to avoid questionable ingredients while increasing the quality of the products we use daily. We wanted to see the people we care about have healthier options that don’t sacrifice luxury or environmental mindfulness. Bohemian Alchemist uses organic ingredients and our products are formulated to have little to no environmental impact. The butters and balms feel just as blissful as the most popular beauty brands and our cleaning line smells and works better than many of the toughest solutions on the market. We are certified cruelty-free by the Coalition for Consumer Information on Cosmetics. Bohemian Alchemist is owned and operated by one woman with amazing support from her loved ones. Krystal is currently completing her aromatherapy and master soaping certifications. As this is a home-based business we prefer to keep traffic to our home at a minimum.
