Bien Matute | Rennie & Associates Realty

Bien is the real estate professional you want to connect with to help you make informed decisions from owning your first home to diversifying your investment portfolio. His two specialties are helping empty nesters sell their house and buy a townhouse or condo and helping young professionals buy their first home. Before finding his niche in real estate, Bien had worked over 15yrs in hospitality in fine-dining restaurants, golf and country clubs and five-star hotels. He was most recently involved in the successful one-day sell-out of over 400 units at the Marine Gateway condominium development at the corner of Marine Drive and Cambie Street. Coupled with his formal education in business and his ability to communicate fluently in both English and Tagalog (Filipino) he has assisted new Canadians and the seasoned real estate investor alike. Bien was born and raised in Vancouver. He attended Vancouver College, and studied business at De La Salle University in the Philippines. Living most of his life in East Vancouver and Richmond, he has enjoyed the most recent 7yrs in the vibrant Yaletown neighbourhood of downtown Vancouver with his wife and 3yr old son.
