A Private Guest Suite is a 500sq. ft. open plan, on the lower (ground floor) level $80.00 per nite (2 adults/2 children) Children under 6 yrs. no charge Additional Occupants: per nite Adults (16 years and older) $20.00 Children (6-15years) $10.00 per nite ~ Accommodates 2 adults, up to 3 children or 2 adults on flipflop (foldaway) singles mattresses ~ Bright, clean, ground level, private outdoor entrance, semi-private indoor entrance ~ NO carpets;laminate flooring and throw rugs ~ Memory foam bed, en-suite bathroom (shower and bath upstairs, within main house) ~ Closet and dressers, small fridge, microwave can be supplied. For guests, in private suite and semi-private bedroom, there is the convenience of electric baseboard heaters with individual thermostatic zone control. It is quite safe to turn thermostats down (and lights off) upon leaving because full comfort will be restored very quickly by turning thermostats up again upon returning.
