Notre mission est de donner du support à des personnes qui ont un proche en perte d’autonomie dans le but d’éviter l’épuisement et de contribuer au maintien à domicile. Les objectifs poursuivis par l’Association sont : - Donner du support moral et physique aux personnes qui prennent soin d’un proche à domicile. - Être à l’écoute des besoins exprimés par les aidants naturels. - Développer des réseaux de solidarité entre les familles. - Favoriser le développement d’outils permettant aux aidants de se ressourcer et ainsi éviter l’épuisement. - Créer des ponts vers les ressources du milieu favorisant un meilleur soutien à domicile. - Développer une expertise d’entraide pour les proches atteints de la maladie d’Alzheimer. - Supporter les aidants dont le proche est hébergé à l’extérieur du domicile. - Entreprendre toute démarche permettant de promouvoir et défendre les droits et intérêts des aidants naturels.
