Ashley Moriarty - Arbonne Independent Consultant

My name is Ashley Moriarty, District Manager and Independent Consultant with Arbonne. At age 22 after back surgery and losing my Graphic Design job due to the economy, I left where I was born in raised in Nova Scotia to seek employment in the booming world of oil and gas in Alberta. I found instant success which lasted for my 7 year career there. Within those 7 years I met my now husband, went on loads of trips, purchased anything I would ever want and felt content! After marrying, we knew we would soon want to come back home to Nova Scotia full time to start and raise our family. Leaving our highly successful management jobs in Alberta would mean a drastic pay cut, but we knew something would work out, because that was our dream. We couldn’t fly between Nova Scotia and Alberta for work forever! On one of our cruises, after eating nonstop for 6 days, we sat in on a weight management seminar. Some of the things we learned was fascinating, what stood out the most was learning that it wasn’t just what we were eating that affected our health, anything that we put on our skin takes 8 seconds to get into our system and 26 seconds to reach our major organs. Crazy Right? I never knew what I put on my skin affected my health! Needless to say we did some research, found Arbonne, and started using their skin care, and bath and body lines from head to toe. We were instantly hooked! When we became pregnant, I was a high risk pregnancy and had to come home from working in Alberta a few months before we had planned. During that time, my Arbonne Consultant, a former Lawyer, suggested looking into the business. I had absolutely no desire to get into one of those businesses. I had many hesitations; Would I be that person trying to sell things to friends and family? Would I have to hear the word no from people, which I was not used to hearing? What if I failed, I don’t fail at things! What would people think? But she had mentioned the 35% discount so I signed up because I loved my products and great deals! A did a few sales in my first few months of being a consultant, but it wasn’t until my husband was laid off from working in Alberta that we realized we wanted him to stay home with us. The life we were living was amazing, waking up on our time (or mostly the babies time), planning our own schedules and being together ever moment we wanted to. That is when we decided to hear more about what the Arbonne business could do for us. We went to a Discover Arbonne and did more intensive research. Very quickly, I learned my hesitations were nothing compared to the thought of my husband going back to work in Alberta and having a family together 25% of the time. Our dream was more important than my fears! On average, people who start their business will make up to $500 a month in their first few months, quickly growing up to $1500 a month within a year, and even earn up to $6500 and a Mercedes in the first year of two of their business. What in your life would change after working part time hours and receiving that much additional income? “She thought she could do it, so she did!” Working part time hours around our family’s schedule, my husband and I are doing this together and we quickly grew our Arbonne business to District Manager and are continuing to grow until we get to our Mercedes level in the very near future! We will have the income we had while working away from home, but the time freedom to enjoy it at home with our small family, which is still growing! I have never been more excited about what some would call work and achieving the life we and so many others deserve. If you kept doing exactly what you are doing at this time, how different would your life look in 6 months? How about in a year? If something like this could help you to achieve dreams you thought were unreachable, become the person you want to be and obtain the lifestyle you deserve, isn’t it worth taking a look at? "You are the Masterpiece of your own life!"
