Ashlee's Attic

Ashlee’s Attic started out as Ashlee’s Scrapbooking. I have always loved being creative and working with pictures and doing scrapbooks. I met my husband back in 2012 and together, we decided to change the business to Ashlee’s Attic and expand the items we offer to buyers. We now offer handmade items for every age and every occasion. We started off just working out of our basement (because we didn’t have a garage), and in 2015, we knew it was time to expand into a bigger space that would allow us to produce better quality items, and offer an even wider range of handmade products to our customers. Building benches and painting signs on our pool table just wasn’t cutting it anymore! We are currently in the process of opening up our own store and are very excited for this next step! Because our items are all handmade, we do not mass-produce them. This allows us to create unique items for customers and you will have a hard time finding the same piece in other homes. We mainly work with paint, but have just started working with vinyl. We also have the option to personalize our items or create custom orders. So, if customers are looking for a unique gift with a personal touch, or are looking for a specific piece for their home, they will definitely find that with us! Our biggest seller around the holidays is our wooden 2X4 snowmen, which can be personalized for Christmas colors, favorite hockey or sports team, number of family members, family pets, etc. We also add either a family name or holiday saying to the sign on the front. Some of our other popular items are giant growth charts, wooden signs, toy boxes, storage boxes, and various other home décor items. Our business is run primarily by my husband and I, but we also have help from our parents because my husband and I both work full-time (yes, we are crazy!). It is our hopes to eventually expand and run our business full-time, and be able to work for ourselves. Our prices range from $15 and up and we do offer a customer loyalty program for frequent buyers.
